As the resident "Optical MacGyver" here at Eyeris Eyecare, I’ve seen it all. From lenses inside out to the "lost in the eye" panic (spoiler: it can’t go behind your brain, I promise!), I’m here to give you the ultimate survival kit for contact lens success.

1. The "Taco Test" (Is it Inside Out?)

Before you head to the eye, check the profile of the lens. If the edges flare out like a soup bowl, it’s inside out. If it curves inward like a perfect street taco, you’re good to go! Putting an inside-out lens in isn’t dangerous, but it feels like having a tiny eyelash stuck in your eye all day. Save yourself the grief!

2. The Golden Rule of Hydration

In the Winnipeg climate, "Dry Eye" is practically a local personality trait. If you find your lenses getting sticky or blurry, you might just need better chemistry.
