Tara Leger has a passion for helping develop up and coming optical students. With a history in management, she has helped mentor many up and coming opticians.   She has been working with the OAC the last 5 years helping with workshops for contact lenses, and over the last 3 years has been running the contact lens workshops. With these workshops she has also seen an opportunity to help improve the training and mentorship offered to students.
